GIRLS RAWK!

 PuraVegan Cafe and Yoga Studio has partnered with the Throwing and Growing Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization for girls ages 8-18, to provide a complimentary lunch, nutritional class and yoga for 8 girls on a designated Saturday from 10:30am 12:00noon. Our first event will be held December 2011. The Throwing and Growing Foundation encourages healthy eating by providing a variety of nutritional information. The organization also provides comprehensive programs to assist participants with physical and character development by combining mentoring, physical training, educational information, and a introduction to the throwing sports: shot put, discus, javelin and hammer throws. Registration is free, but limited to the first 8 girls that respond. 

Eating at PuraVegan is an option, but eating healthy is not. Most of the time we just need some direction. Our goal, for the future, is to include a once a month lunch for the parents.
